Refund policy
Q: Can I request a refund?
A: We are able to refund If we have yet to make your order from the supplier however we will charge a 5% processing or $10 whichever is higher. If the order has been ordered from the supplier, we are unable to refund.
Q: The courier if taking too long, can I request a refund?
A: Once the order has been picked up by the courier, we are unable to provide a refund as we have sent out the order. Kindly please contact the courier directly.
Q: The courier has informed me that they lost my order, can I request a refund?
A: As the order has been picked up by the courier, we are unable to provide a refund. Kindly please contact the courier directly for compensation.
Q: What if the tins I received is dented, can I request a refund?
A: Once the order has been picked up by the courier, we are unable to provide a refund. We will QC when it reaches us and if it is dented we will inform the supplier to change and it might take a bit more time for a replacement. However, once we have sent out, we will not be responsible for any damages.
