Troubles saver, efficient order processing and delivery arrangement are the reasons I purchased this brand from them repeatedly. As mentioned before, do specify to seller if you need the milk powder urgently as they are sent in batches, ranges 4-5 days apart of the delivery dates.

As per previous reviews, seller is very professional in packing the orders and updating delivery arrangement. Cartons are well packed, sealed and labelled properly. Maybe due to the pandemic and festive season, 4 cartons orders were shipped and delivered over 2 weeks' time. So, please either plan your order carefully or indicate to seller which order is more urgent to arrange for delivery.

My 5th purchase from this seller as my children are drinking this brand since 2008 and they aren't available in Singapore. As this is my repeated purchase, the pro-active seller is aware of my packing and delivery requirements. They took initiative to make the arrangement and update me before my reminder. Will continue to purchase from this seller for their prompt response, efficient service and delivery arrangements.

Repeated purchase! Again, the seller had met customer's expectations. I had previously feedback that some box cartons are not handled properly, boxes edges are a bit squashed. The seller was efficient to check the issue and feedback accordingly. For this order, they had taken extra steps to place the fragile stickers on carton boxes and reminded the transporter to handle the package with care. And items were delivered to my doorstep within a week.

Happy to have found this platform as this brand is not available here. Their clear information on order status, estimated delivery period and prompt delivery arrangement provide a good and timely orders planning.
