Another excellent service, cartons are well packed, sealed and properly labelled. On top of that, order arrived at doorstep just one day before the festive season.

Snow brand is not available in Singapore and for continuity of same brand consumption, this is my 4th purchase from this seller. Additionally, my younger child refused to switch to another milk power brand, so I always order both Step 3 and Step 4 together. I will continue to purchase from them for their prompt response, efficient service and on time delivery.

Again, the seller has provided an excellent service. Due to the feedback on my purchase of Step 3 (where some box cartons are are not handled properly, boxes edges are a bit squashed), the seller took proactive approach on this separate shipment. They placed the fragile stickers on these Step 4 carton boxes and reminded the transporter to handle the package with care. Best of all, the items were delivered in time to meet our children's consumption plan.

A repeat purchase as the seller is reliable, prompt in updating my order status, shipment status and estimated delivery period. They are also fast in replying your queries sent through whatsapp platform.
